The camper includes an Onan 2.8 Genset that I used last spring. Most of these Toyotas have a smaller 4 cylinder engine, which usually bogs down on hills, but the 6 cylinder engine of this one makes driving in mountainous areas a whole lot easier. It has a 6 lug dual real axle with Hankook 185R14C tires all around that are in great shape with plenty of tread life left. It only has 46,370 miles on the Toyota 6 cylinder engine. It is in good shape, drives very well and is inspected until 04/2016. The driver's compartment has air conditioning that works great, and the heat works fine as well. I would not hesitate to drive this camper anywhere in the United States. This camper is available for inspection in Corbin, Kentucky 40701. All light fixtures work and lenses are all good. The entry door was removed and wood framing replaced, resealed and re-installed. Original owner maintained outside and kept everything sealed. This camper has never leaked on me and shows no interior leakage anywhere.

Generator compartment is drilled for wiring and vented. It includes new wiring harness and tailpipe kit. Included Onan 2800 Generator, starts and runs but dies when you let off the button. V6 engine starts and runs great with new wiring, belts and battery and hoses. Toilet was removed, cleaned, sanitized and all seals and valves replaced. All oak cabinetry in excellent condition. The carpet was shampooed and covered with rug-runners.

Interior is in great condition with a new Dometic gas/electric refrigerator, new water pump, new Samsung flat screen tv and New Sony DVD, microwave, am/fm cassette and cobra CB. Dash air works as it should and blows cold as does the overhead A/C. I bought it from the original owners family who meticulously maintained it. VIN number ran through Toyota service and shows regular maintenance and all recalls done. The tires have low miles and are in excellent condition. The outside has no rust but paint shows some fading. It gave us absolutely no trouble and used no oil on the entire trip. We drove it back to Kentucky and averaged nearly 15 miles per gallon. I bought it last july in Las Vegas Nevada and drove it to Los Angeles.
