Completing all ARR Logs will give you another achievement. After completing 20 ARR Sightseeing Logs you’ll earn your first “Out of Sight” achievement, along with the Fledgling Apkallu Minion. So, that’s a weather change every 24 minutes real time. Every 20 minutes in game translates to 1 minute in real time. You can see the upcoming weather changes by speaking to a Skywatcher NPC located in towns.

You need to stand in the exact location, named a Vista, and perform an emote to complete the entry. Using the hints from the Sightseeing Log, you’re tasked with finding these locations and to view the sights, hence the name.

There’s a total of 80 in A Realm Reborn and 62 in Heavensward.
